GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and product orders. Your responsibilities include processing Samples, Quotes, Lab Requests, and Customer Complaints while collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. This role requires excellent multitasking and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and computer skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

$35,500 + (based on experience)
