GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:  First point of contact for customers and potential customers.  Responsible for receiving telephone, fax, emailed orders and processing them accordingly.  Setup of new customer files, including credit applications and questionnaires.  Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.  Interact with shipping and production personnel to accurately process the shipping and product availability for customers.  Maintain customer product files listing active products, current pricing, customer contacts and special requirements relating to customer orders.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED. Good communication and computer skills.  Detail oriented and can work without direct supervision exhibiting good time management.
