GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: As a key member of our Shipping Associate team at Capital Adhesives, your primary responsibility will be to prepare orders for shipping and load trucks with precision and efficiency. This crucial role ensures the timely delivery of our top-tier products to our customers. Your duties will involve meticulously organizing and packaging orders, verifying accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation for each shipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely loading products on trucks, optimizing space utilization, and securing packages to prevent damage during transit. Attention to detail and adherence to shipping protocols are paramount to guaranteeing customer satisfaction. You may also be required to assist with other shipping-related tasks and support the overall logistics operations, as needed.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Forklift Certified, high school diploma or GED. Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 65 lbs. Team oriented. Detail-oriented and can work without direct supervision exhibiting good time management. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

    • Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

    • Multiple locations (Both are 1/4 mile a part in Mooresville)
