Shipping Associate

As a Shipping Associate, you will contribute significantly to our operations by efficiently preparing and organizing shipments while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for organizing and preparing shipments according to specified standards and guidelines. Duties include picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Operates shipping equipment and ensures compliance with safety and quality procedures. Monitors inventory levels for shipping supplies and communicates any shortages. Collaborates with team members to maintain a smooth shipping process. May assist with receiving, stocking, or other warehouse-related duties as needed. Documents daily activities and follows safety procedures in accordance with approved training and QMS standards.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Forklift Certified, high school diploma or GED. Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 65 lbs. Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with good time management skills. Familiarity with shipping software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
